In this position, we invite you to join our Data Enablers squad. We turn retail investment data into commercial opportunities through transparency, analytics, and modern data infrastructure — serving as the bank's go-to team for trusted investment data and reporting. We're passionate about bringing modern technologies and engineering practices into the way we work, and our current ambition is to harness the power of GenAI to deliver the best possible data experience to our stakeholders.

You Will :

• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate investment-related business questions into well-defined data and analytical problems.
• Explore and analyse investment data to generate insights and answer strategic and operational questions.
• Design and run analyses that turn raw investment data into validated, decision-ready insights for stakeholders across the organization.
• Build clear visualisations that communicate complex findings and drive effective, data-informed decision-making.
• Develop, maintain, and improve analytical reporting and data solutions, ensuring they meet the strategic and operational needs of the business.
• Contribute to evolving our ways of working by exploring how AI can support analysis, delivery, decision-making and team productivity.
  
  

About you :

• You are curious and excited about exploring new areas, engaging with stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements, and underlying needs.
• You have an analytical, problem-solving mindset with strong communication and facilitation skills.
• You enjoy turning data into clear insights and communicating them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You have experience with SQL and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar — Python is an advantage.
• You are comfortable working with data and care about its quality and reliability.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge or interest in the investment domain is an advantage.
  
  

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
