Working Model: Hybrid (2 days in-office)

Base salary: £80,000 = £90,000 + Bonus

This is a highly hands-on technical leadership role focused on building and scaling AI-powered workflow products. The Technical Lead will work closely with engineering leadership and product architects to design, build and enhance a suite of agentic products used internally and potentially commercialised externally. This is not a management role—it is a senior hands-on engineering leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture across multiple products
• Build and enhance AI-enabled workflow applications
• Own complex technical solutions end-to-end
• Work directly with Product Architects on solution design
• Drive architecture, scalability and security decisions
• Build rapid prototypes and POCs for business stakeholders
• Mentor engineers across UK, India and Poland
• Support engineering standards and best practices
• Help shape future technical roadmap

• Support fast-turnaround POCs for leadership and market opportunities
