The Role
The Role
- Coach a team to peak performance while ensuring successful project delivery.
- Champion Agile best practices and ensure their correct understanding among team members and stakeholders.
- Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow to drive process improvements.
- Focus on achieving sprint goals and delivering projects that meet key outcomes.
- Support Navy clients in modernizing their systems and processes.
- 3+ years of experience in software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Agile metrics.
- A Secret clearance is required.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Competitive salary range of $86,900.00 to $198,000.00.
