Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish program objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets in alignment with organizational strategy and goals.
• Lead, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of program activity, including the work of project managers and other staff within the program.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on program status, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure integration and synergy among projects within the program to maximize benefits and efficiencies.
• Evaluate and assess program results against defined success criteria and perform post-program reviews for continuous improvement.
• Resolve complex issues that transcend individual projects and require coordinated solutions across project teams.

• Strong leadership capabilities to motivate teams and manage large-scale programs.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities to oversee several projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in program and project management methodologies and tools.
• Superior communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical aptitude with the ability to identify strategic insights from complex data.
• A bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field, often coupled with professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP).
• 2–4 years of experience.
