Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead

Position Description

We are seeking an Agile delivery lead to support healthcare IM/IT initiatives through Scrum delivery, Agile ceremonies, backlog coordination, stakeholder alignment, and delivery team facilitation.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery of healthcare IM/IT projects.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Track sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Remove blockers and support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide delivery status updates and stakeholder communications.
• Promote Agile best practices and team collaboration.
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years IM/IT experience
• 3+ years as Scrum Master, Agile Lead, Product Manager, or Delivery Lead
• Experience supporting healthcare, public sector, or complex IM/IT delivery environments preferred
• Strong facilitation, backlog coordination, delivery tracking, and stakeholder management skills
• Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent preferred
  
  

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000.00–$140,000.00 This role is a future opportunity
