Designer - Digital & Print (m/f/d)

What this role is:

As Designer - Digital & Print (m/f/d) you will be part of a small, focused creative studio inside one of the world's leading Health Tech companies — a team that works like an agency but thinks like a brand. Your work will be seen by healthcare professionals, fitness specialists, and medical institutions across more than 17 countries. It will live on landing pages, in social feeds, in campaign materials, and in print.

You will not be asked to reinvent the wheel every Monday. You will be asked to do good, considered work — consistently, carefully, and with a genuine understanding of why every design decision matters in a medical context. Precision is not a constraint here. It is the culture.

You will join an international team at our office in Dubai, UAE and work directly under the creative direction of our Head of Creative, with enough room to develop your own instincts and enough structure to grow fast.

What you will work on:

• Designing and producing digital content for landing pages, social media, and online campaigns — from concept to final asset
• Creating print materials: product brochures, trade fair collateral, and marketing publications
• Developing motion content and micro-animations for digital platforms using After Effects
• Adapting and localizing campaign assets for international markets with a sharp eye for detail and consistency
• Working within — and helping to sharpen — a strong, well-defined visual identity guided by our brand system

What you bring:

• Around 3 years of experience working in a design studio, agency, or comparable creative environment
• Confident, hands-on skills in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop — your daily toolkit for digital and print work — plus After Effects for motion and animation
• A solid understanding of digital design: layout, hierarchy, interaction, and what makes a landing page actually work
• Comfort working across both screen and print without treating one as more important than the other
• An eye for current design trends — not to chase them, but to understand them and apply them with judgement
• Patience. The ability to work carefully on complex briefs, absorb feedback without losing your voice, and iterate without getting precious about it
• Very good English — written and spoken, German language skills are a plus
