This is you

• Data Sourcing & Curation: Proven ability to independently identify, curate, and construct benchmark datasets from large, unstructured volumes of data to rigorously test specific ML methodologies and hypotheses
• ML Research & Replication: Strong foundation in Machine Learning fundamentals with hands-on experience dissecting academic papers, debugging open-source repositories, and successfully replicating results under strict compute or resource constraints
• Agentic System Integration: Demonstrated experience architecting and deploying agentic systems, with the ability to convert replicated research workflows into functional, deployable skills for Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Evaluation Rigor: Experience building robust testing pipelines from scratch to critically measure model performance, verify original paper claims, and benchmark against relevant baselines
• Technical Versatility: Proficiency in Python and core ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow); familiarity with cloud computing environments (AWS/Azure) is a plus

• s:Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and containerization (Docker) for reproducible researc
• h.Advanced English communication skills, with the ability to document complex technical findings clearly for cross-functional teams

This is your role

• Research & Analysis: Read and critically analyze scientific/academic papers to extract methodologies, identify key innovations, and assess their applicability to current challenges
• Proof of Concept Development: Build functional Proof of Concepts (POCs) based on the research, rigorously benchmarking them against similar models and baselines to validate performance
• Data Preparation & Validation: Prepare ground truth data from large volumes of information to facilitate the validation, testing, and benchmarking of the POC
• Agentic Integration: Architect and implement agentic systems to seamlessly integrate the replicated research workflows into deployable AI skills, ensuring they function effectively within larger LLM-driven application
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with mixed teams (data scientists, engineers, product managers) to align research outputs with business objectives and ensure technical feasibility
• Documentation & Reporting: Clearly document research findings, experimental setups, and system architectures to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing across the organization
