Generative AI Engineer

Key tasks

• Design and implement multi-agent AI architectures for complex workflows
• Build solutions that decompose advanced processes into structured, automated steps
• Ensure high quality, consistency, and reproducibility of AI-generated outputs
• Develop orchestration logic for collaboration between multiple AI models and system components
• Work with prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and control mechanisms
• Develop user-centric interfaces for analysis and decision support
• Implement traceability, auditability, and data quality mechanisms
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate needs into robust technical solutions

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in AI/ML development, preferably with a focus on generative AI
• Proven experience building agent-based or orchestrated AI solutions
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with modern AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LLM APIs)
• Experience designing distributed systems and microservice architectures
• Solid understanding of data modeling, information flows, and system integration
• Experience working with both structured and unstructured data
• Hands-on experience with validation, testing, and quality assurance of AI systems

Nice to Have

• Experience working in environments where reliability, precision, and documentation are critical
• Familiarity with rule-driven or highly controlled process environments
• Experience designing UI/UX for analytical or investigation-driven workflows
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD for AI systems, and model monitoring
