On behalf of an international organization based in Lausanne, we are searching for a

HR Operations Specialist (H/F)

18 months temporary assignment

Main responsibilities

• You manage the whole HR employe lifecycle (onboarding, internal changes, offboarding)
• You draft employments contracts, amendments and all required contractual documentation
• You prepare employment certificates, attestations and other official HR documents
• You process mutations and maintain employee data in SAP
• You coordinate and handle all HR administration matters (work permit applications, Swiss social security process : AVS, APG, LPP)
• You handle employee time management (vacation, absence, overtime, system issues and troubleshooting)
• You act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR administrative related queries, providing guidance and assisting with problem resolution
• You ensure compliance with legal and administrative HR requirements

Your profile

• Professional experience within an international environment and proven experience (2-3 years) in HR administration
• A keen interest in HR administration matters
• Very good knowledge of swiss labor laws (regulations, data protection)
• Very good command of English (C1) and French
• Open to a long temporary assignment
