Job Description
As a Python Software Engineer specializing in detection and automation, you will play a role in building and maintaining scalable detection systems that identify threats in real time. Your work will involve developing automated workflows, integrating detection engines, and ensuring efficient data processing and analysis pipelines. From time to time, you will analyze files, mine valuable information from them, and integrate that information into our detection pipelines to improve threat detection accuracy and responsiveness.
You will be part of the Automated Detection and Intelligence team based in Bratislava, where you will turn innovative concepts into reliable, threat detection solutions. Maintaining high standards of code quality, security, and system performance will be central to your role.
Our technology stack includes Python, FastAPI, SQL, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, JIRA, Confluence, and Git.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a motivated professional with a Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Cybersecurity. Python programming skills and dedication to writing clean, maintainable code are essential. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is nice to have. Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, AI/ML, or reverse engineering will be an advantage.

Basic wage component (brutto): from 2400 EUR
* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
* Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period(usually 6 months).
