We are looking for a talented Mid-Level Data Analyst to join the Quantitative Data Intelligence (QDI) Team, supporting Global Markets and Front Office stakeholders within an international banking environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Business & Data Analysis

• Partner directly with Front Office and business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs.
• Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and performance improvement.
• Support strategic decision-making through quantitative analysis and reporting.
  
  

Data Processing & Analytics

• Retrieve, clean, transform, and analyze large and complex datasets.
• Develop analytical models and data-driven recommendations.
• Perform exploratory and statistical analysis to uncover trends and business opportunities.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability.
  
  

Data Visualization & Reporting

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
• Create visualizations that clearly communicate complex findings to business users.
• Deliver automated reporting solutions that improve operational efficiency.
  
  

Collaboration & Communication

• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Present analytical findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Work closely with data engineers, developers, traders, sales teams, and management.
• Support the continuous evolution of data products and analytical capabilities.
  
  

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree In One Of The Following Areas

• Engineering
• Computer Science
• Mathematics
• Statistics
• Economics
• Data Science
• Related quantitative disciplines
  
  

Mandatory Technical Skills

✔ Professional Experience With Python, Especially

• Pandas
• Data manipulation
• Data analysis
• Data preparation
  
  

✔ Experience with SQL and database querying.

✔ Hands-on experience with at least one Data Visualization platform:

• Tableau
• Power BI
  
  

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✔ Ability to analyze, synthesize, and simplify complex information.

✔ Experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into technical solutions.

✔ Fluent English (C1 or higher).
