Network Support

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on managing, supporting, and optimizing network infrastructures. This role plays a key part in ensuring the availability, security, and performance of communication systems.

Key Responsabilities:

• Monitor and support network environments (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents (L1/L2 support)
• Configure and maintain network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls)
• Manage access controls and network security policies
• Provide support to internal teams and end users
• Contribute to network improvement and implementation projects

Technical Requirements:

• Experience in network support roles
• Solid knowledge of:
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• VLANs, VPNs
• Routing & Switching
• Hands-on experience with vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba (preferred)
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools
• Basic understanding of network security

Nice to Have:

• Certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, etc.)
• Experience in corporate environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Good communication skills and team spirit
