Solutions Developer

Specialized in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software, and Nearshore, we currently have a team of over 2350 professionals collaborating on national and international projects across various technologies.

We are looking for a Solutions Developer (AWS & AI) for this project!

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, implement, and support cloud-based solutions using AWS and Amazon Connect
• Build integrations between contact center platforms, AI services, ITSM tools, and enterprise applications
• Deliver AI-powered capabilities such as AI Agents, Agent Assist, RAG solutions, translation services, and workflow automation
• Troubleshoot issues, support operational activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Operations teams within Agile delivery frameworks

What are we looking for?

• Knowledge or experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, OpenAI APIs, or Amazon Bedrock
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and REST API development
• Frontend development experience with React, Redux Toolkit (RTK), TypeScript, and Accessibility (A11y) concepts
• Familiarity with AWS services (Amazon Connect, Lambda, S3, Redshift, CloudFormation, CDK), Git, and CI/CD practices
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills
