Project Associate

You will be responsible for: (Job description)

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SFMC projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and are completed on time. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and leveraging SFMC’s capabilities to drive marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Lead the execution of SFMC projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope and objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, discuss project progress, and manage expectations.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to address any deviations from the plan.
• Allocate and manage project resources effectively, ensuring that team members are utilized efficiently, and project goals are met.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

About you: (Desired profile)

• 4 to 7 years of project management experience, preferably within digital marketing or CRM environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including familiarity with its various tools and functionalities.
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have: (Requirements): Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.

Nice to have: (Additional desired qualities) - PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification (preferred but not required).
