I’m working with an early-stage tech company based in Amsterdam that is building a next-generation AI platform focused on securing critical real-world systems.
They are now looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer (React and Python) to join the team as they scale their core platform.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll have genuine ownership over architecture and product direction, working closely with an experienced founding team that has successfully built and exited companies before.
What you’ll be doing:
- Strong Python skills and experience with at least one frontend framework (React or Vue)
- Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-powered applications in production
- Solid understanding of RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt engineering
- Experience wrapping models in scalable APIs and integrating with third-party model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic etc.)
- Comfortable with cloud infrastructure, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Able to own the full stack - from data ingestion through to user-facing AI features
- Startup mindset - comfortable with ambiguity, moving fast, and wearing multiple hats
What’s on offer:
- Hybrid setup (4 days per week in Amsterdam)
- Salary up to £120,000 plus bonus plus SARS
- High-impact role with real ownership and autonomy
- Backed by a highly experienced leadership team with a strong track record
- Opportunity to help shape a genuinely novel product in a fast-growing space
If this sounds interesting, feel free to share your CV.
