Assignment and Background Information: BUSINESS ANALYST with more than 3 years of relevant experience.
As part of its Digital Ambition, the Client is designing and progressively implementing a new, innovative Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) solution, aimed at improving transparency, decision making, and value-based portfolio steering. To ensure successful deployment and adoption, EIB requires structured support focused on knowledge management, testing, and end user onboarding.
Objectives of the Assignment
The objective is to support the effective rollout and adoption of the new PPM solution by delivering:
- A structured and reusable PPM knowledge hub based on SharePoint
- Comprehensive testing artefacts and execution support
- Training materials and user onboarding support
- Stakeholder communication support
Tasks /activities to be performed
The Service Provider shall perform the following tasks:
Testing Activities
● Support the definition and documentation of test cases
● Execute core system and transversal end-to-end testing of the PPM solution in collaboration with internal staff
● Document results and support issue identification Knowledge Hub Development and Knowledge Management
● Structure and implement a PPM knowledge hub based on MS SharePoint
● Produce and maintain PPM content covering:
● System usage (PPM solution), videos & screenshots, to-be processes
● PM² methodology
● Agile methodology
● Role based information (Project Manager, PMO, Executive sponsor etc)
● Migrate relevant existing content from current Knowledge Hub and ensure ongoing knowledge management and documentation
Training and User Adoption Support
● Develop training materials (guides, manuals, onboarding packs)
● Support training delivery where required
● Provide user support during go-live
Stakeholder Communication and Project Support
● Support preparation of:
● Steering Committee presentations
● stakeholder communication materials
● Support Change Management and project teams
● Provide ad-hoc support to project management activities
Place of work:
The work has to be performed on-site (Luxembourg city)
The Client may authorise the consultant to telework on agreed days, subject in particular to the ability to attend the Client's premises within a short notice period (e.g. within 24 hours), when so requested. Teleworking days shall not exceed 40% of the envisaged on site presence.
Duration of the Assignment: Initially 8 months, with an optional 4-month extension.
