FE Team Lead (Lietuvių kalba privaloma)

Responsibilities

• Build a modern web applica on with Vue 3 (Composi on API) and TypeScript.
• Build reusable code, shared libraries and components for the wider team.
• Own frontend architecture decisions and long term direc on.
• Mentor, grow, and set yearly goals for a team of 4 soware engineers.
• Organise 1:1 mee ngs, performance reviews, and feedback.
• Core stack: Vite 7, Vue 3, TypeScript 5, vee-validate 4, TanStack Vue Query 5.

Qualifications

• Strong Vue 3 (Composi on API) expertise.
• Strong TypeScript exper se.
• Solid CSS3 and CSS framework experience.
• Experience wri ng automated tests (Playwright).
• Experience mentoring or willing to lead engineering team.
• Ability to turn complex problems into simple, maintainable solu ons.
